🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Gadget Go. If something isn't right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition and packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The item is not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@gadgetgo.com within 7 days of receiving your product

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll send return instructions and address

  4. Ship the item securely back to us


🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is incorrect (wrong color, model, or product)

Email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges may be deducted unless we were at fault


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance, sale, or personalized items

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Products used or damaged by the customer


📬 Return Shipping

  • If the error is ours: We cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to personal choice: You cover the return shipping


🛠️ Damaged/Faulty Products

Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
